All our tours are undertaken on the responsibility of its participants.
Arctic Trucks does not assume any responsibility for accidents that are caused by its customers or can be traced to their own actions.
We reserve the right to amend itineraries and routing if needed due to safety, weather and/or current road conditions etc.
We do not accept any responsibility for damages due to flight delays or cancellations, personal injury, negligence, weather, war or other force majeure events.
JRJ Superjeep shall not be responsible for cancellation or delay in delivery or performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to: strikes or other labour disturbances, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, delays in transportation, or other contingencies the non-occurrence of which was a basic assumption of which the reservation was confirmed.
In case of such occurrences, JRJ Superjeep will seek to provide an alternative experience wherever possible.
PICK-UP & DROP-OFF
When traveling in tours with pick-up service you are responsible to be at the right time and the pick-up location selected. Providing us with your phone number is really helpful but no-shows will be fully charged if needed. Please note that the pick-up time and departure time can be different. If you should miss the pick-up note that you are not entitled to a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if this should happen.
Please note that indicated return times are used as a frame of reference. We are operating in the highlands so return times can vary due to weather conditions.
Tours and services are listed in Icealandic Kronas and as such can be subject to currency fluctuation as well as conditions of cooperative contractors that may provide transportation and other services. Prices displayed on our website include the Icelandic VAT. JRJ Superjeep is obligated to return these funds back to authorities. The typical VAT on all tours is 11% of the price.
JRJ Superjeep is registered in Iceland as Ferðaþjónustan Himnasvalir ehf. JRJ Superjeep operates under Icelandic laws and regulations. Should there be a legal dispute it shall be settled with the District Court of Northwest Iceland. Ferðaþjónustan Himnasvalir ehf. is registered at Egilsá, 561 Varmahlíð, Iceland.

Neither party shall disclose the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the pricing contained therein to any third party except as required by applicable law, rule, or regulation. Provided, however, that either party may disclose such terms, conditions or pricing to legal, accounting and professional advisors bound by formal ethical or fiduciary duties requiring such advisors to treat, hold and maintain such information in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Except as set forth in Appendices, neither party shall use the name of the other party in publicity, advertising, or similar activity, without the prior written consent of the other.

JRJ Superjeep accepts the following credit cards via Borgun: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, UnionPay, JCB, Diners, Discover and American Express.
Personal information associated with credit cards might pass our system as per our agreement with the payment processor. However, JRJ Superjeep will never disclose any personal information, associated with credit cards, to third parties.
Reservations can be canceled 24 hours prior to departure without penalty. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to departure will be charged full price.
